web site or how much of a tool it would be to serve customers and attract new clients.

| When we established our book club, we never realized how much work it would be to
maintain and distribute our group contact list. It seemed that everyone in the group
had a different version which led to confusion and unintended missed invitations.
Although we knew that the web was a good source for general information, we never
realized how effective it could be as an organizational tool. Working with you and
your team was a very positive and eye opening experience. Everyone was very helpful in
putting things into terms that we "non-techie folks" could understand. Not only were you able to
provide a site that enabled us to post and update our member contact list,
we are even able to send group emails with the click of the mouse. What a bonus!
